Conditions of Booking Payment & Authorisation
A non-returnable deposit of £30 per person is required to secure a placement on the VHF Radio or Class room based RYA Essential Navigation and Seamanship courses run by Seavoice Training, If you are making a group booking for six persons or more we require a non-returnable deposit of £100
RYA Interactive courses must be paid in full before commencement of the course.
Payment is accepted by PAYPAL, by cheque made payable to Seavoice Training or by BACS1. or via Cash
The balance of the payment will be taken on the day of the course by cheque or cash or BACS1
Cancellations
To cancel a course we require at least 7 Calander days notice before the commencement of the course.
In the event of an emergency cancellation at least 24 hours notice by phone 01704 571903 or 07704 143747 email is required.
Seavoice Training reserves the right to cancel any course with at least 7 Calander days notice, and will inform all students via email or phone that a course has been cancelled.
