Seavoice Training Returns and Refund Policy
How to return item(s) to Seavoice Training:
1. Download and print the Seavoice Training Returns Form
2. Complete all the fields and provide as much information about your reason for return and the outcome you would like.
3. Re-package the item(s), it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that item(s) are returned to Seavoice Training in their original packaging and in a re-saleable condition.
4. Return the item(s) to the Seavoice Training Returns Department. We recommend that you use a tracked postal method to ensure delivery.
5. A representative of Seavoice Training will contact you via email within 7 working days of receipt of the item(s) to conform the return.
6. Please allow a further 14 working days for replacement item(s) to be delivered or within 30 days for a refund to arrive in your account.

ALL RETURNS MUST BE ACCOMPANIED WITH A SEAVOICE TRAINING RETURNS FORM.

· In accordance with The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, there is a cancellation period of 7 working days in which to cancel the order.
· Customers may return any item(s) within 14 days for a full refund or exchange providing the item(s) are in a re-saleable condition, in the original packaging and with original labels still attached where applicable. All returned packages must include a completed Seavoice Training Returns Form. It is the customer’s responsibility to return the item(s) to Seavoice Training and we recommend you send via a method with proof of delivery. Return postage for item(s) that are correct as per the original order and are not faulty or damaged are returned at the customer’s expense. Seavoice Training reserve the right to refuse returns or make a partial refund at our discretion if item(s)are not returned and received in an entirely re-saleable condition. Please note that if item(s) are not considered to be in a re-saleable condition then a re-stocking fee maybe charged.
· Item(s) returned for an exchange that are correct as per the original order and are not faulty or damaged will incur a replacement carriage charge where applicable.
· If an item(s) arrives damaged, the customer must report the damage to Seavoice Training within 48 hours of receipt of the item(s). We regret that we may not be able to offer a full refund if the damage is not reported within this time.
· If an item(s) is faulty, the customer must report the fault to Seavoice Training immediately. All item(s) are subject to the manufacturer’s guarantee and in some circumstances, it may be more beneficial to deal with and send the item(s) back direct to the manufacturer*. Seavoice Training will advise the customer if this is the best course of action. We recommend that item(s) are sent back using a tracked courier method with the appropriate insurance to cover the value of the item(s). Faulty item(s) cannot be replaced until the manufacturer has agreed on a replacement, please allow up to 14 days for this to be processed. If no fault is found with the item(s), a service and postage charge may be applicable.
· Please allow 14 working days for returns to be processed from receipt at Seavoice Training. Please allow 30 days for funds to arrive in your account where a refund is approved. This will not affect your statutory rights.
· Return postage is the responsibility of the customer to pay unless the incorrect item(s) has been sent or an item(s) is faulty, in this case we will refund return postage (up to the value of £20) or arrange a collection of the item(s).

PLEASE NOTE THIS RETURNS PROCEDURE IS FOR ITEMS PURCHASED VIA THE SEAVOICE TRAINING WEBSITE (EXCLUDING COURSES).

*Manufacturers Returns
SeaSafe Lifejackets and ICOM Radios – Please complete the Returns Form and contact Seavoice Training directly who will arrange for a collection as many SeaSafe products and ICOM Radios are classed as ‘Hazardous Goods’ which means they can only be transported by courier.
Chartco – Please complete the Returns Form and contact Seavoice Training in the first instance.
